About the“Celebrate Our Schools” Gala
The Upper St. Clair School District is pleased to invite you to join us at the 2nd Annual “Celebrate Our Schools” Gala to be held on Saturday, October 20, 2012, from 7:00 until 11:00 pm, at St. Clair Country Club. Hosted by the Community Foundation of Upper St. Clair – in partnership with the USC School District – the Gala will honor our 1988 and 1989 WPIAL Championship football teams and raise funds for School District technology initiatives – both in the classrooms and on the field.
This year the Gala committee is excited to add both a Silent Auction and a Grand Prize Raffle to the evening’s festivities. Guests will have the opportunity to purchase raffle tickets for the grand prize from Louis Anthony Jewelers and to bid on a variety of auction items. Auction items are still coming in, with family getaways, nights out on the town, cultural tickets, restaurant gift cards, overnight stays, shopping, sports tickets and memorabilia, golf foursomes, home items and many unique experiences and services being donated. Gala attendees will enjoy the tones of the Schrader Steel Band early in the evening and dance to rock ‘n roll covers by local band Moscow Mule as the evening progresses. Food stations and a cash bar will be available.
